I tried the pills but after a few days just dumped them. I didn't want to become dependent on them or have them change my hormones.<br /><br />It's tough. I didn't understand why I felt the way I did. This did not happen with my the birth of my first two children. <br /><br />Postpartum depression can last up to three years. It will pass but if you get help it will be easier.
