Making my home sing monday
Welcome to the Making Your Home Sing Monday meme!hosted here by Mom's the Word Every day you are doing something to make your house into a home for yourself and your family (if you have one). My point with each Monday post is, what are you doing or going to do today to make your home sing? It can be an attitude or an action. Motivation, our attitude, baking, encouraging our husband or children (if we have either one), organization, cleaning, saving money....the opportunities are endless.
Well my home isn't really singing..There is a ton of stuff to do and the yuckies have taking over , both my hubby and sister have sinus infections and my daughter and son have upper resp. issues and are both on antibiotics, steroids, prescription cough syrup with codeine, miah on three inhalers and gussy on singular pill and two nebulizers .. so every two hrs i m and prying my self out of bed to medicate someone. I ve been put on light duty by my ob because I have placental previa and am still having migraines, I'm not allowed to lift more than 15lbs and no strenuous activities. So my sister is doing most the cooking and cleaning and taking care of the kids.It seems everyday there is more to do and less getting done. SO I hope the new meds the Dr gave me take care of the headache's so i can make my home sing again. Hope all is well with everyone else..

So my home is actually singing this week for the first time in a long time.. I cant say it is all because I found my motivation and put my nose to the grindstone and divided and conquered..NOPE it is because my husband and sister helped me a lot getting things done.. My three year old even picked up her room (after literally a ALL DAY fight, many times outs and spankings) BUT SHE DID GET IT DONE!!! I was so proud of her and rewarded her.so the dishes are done, all the floors swept and mopped, the pantry arranged, groceries put up .. fresh sheets on the beds and final coat of paint done in our new room and hubby got all the wiring done and ceiling fan up in Gussy's new room and our room.. we are now ready to touch up the ceiling where i (oops) painted it by accident.. lay sub floor and wood floor.. that is next weekends project..SO today the to do list is fold and put away the laundry in the bed room and wash more..I go on the 24th for my ultrasound to find out what we are having.. Happy Monday everyone..
