For all those men who say, Why buy a cow when you can get the milk for free. Here's an update for you: Nowadays, 80% of women are against marriage, WHY? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire pig just to get a little sausage.
Men are like....

2
[]Men are like Bananas . The older they get, the less firm they are.

[]Men are like Commercials . You can't believe a word they say.
7.
[]Men are like Department Stores ... Their clothes are always 1/2 off!
8.
[]Men are like .. Government Bonds .... They take soooooooo long to mature.
9.
[] Men are like .. Mascara . They usually run at the first sign of emotion.
10.

I want wednesday

What do you want to do more often with your significant other (or best friend if you're single)?

I want to be able to spend more quality time.I'm not talking about sex, I'm talking about time to talk or do things we enjoy such as fishing, goin to the races. It seems since we had our wonderful children we have drifted apart some. We hardly have time to sit and talk the only "alone"time we have is when the kids are in bed and we shower together.. that is when we do most our talking in the shower..never imagined that is how it would be.I imagined the kids would go to bed then we would sit on the couch hand in hand talking. ..WRONG ANSWER.. oh well it is what it is.. we have a great marriage and two beautiful kids and one more on the way and good friends.

Rip Lucky

Our little Hoppy friend ...Luckee the Bunny passed away sometime last night.. Miah was so upset she couldnt even go to school today .. We are on the hunt for another bunny. That is all for now.

not my child monday

Make sure to check out MckMama's Blog for more not my child posts.

My children have actually been rather well behaved this past week. My son would never stalk a cat so he could "pet " it.. while screaming "mear kiddy" or strip down to his diaper every chance he gets.

f

And my daughter would never put her finger in the giraffe's mouth or wrestle an alligator on our Stay-cation to the ZOO.They would never want to go camping at the Zoo.

My kids would never encourage childish behavior from their daddy either and then laugh while mommy sneakly takes pictures..(hehe)

My son would never throw his whole plate of spaghetti in my freshly mopped floor and then proceed to eat it. (YUK)Or try to get me to hold him right afterwords. My daughter would never have told me "mommy you can go home now" on her first day of preschool instead of crying and clinging to my leg like half the other kids did..and then just want a hug and kiss by .nope not my perfectly behaved children..

Our saturday Staycation

Saturday afternoon we loaded up the kids and drove about 100 miles north west to Springfield,MO and had a blast. We took the kids to the Dickerson Park ZOO, they loved looking at all the animals and I got plenty of exercise. Afterwords we went to Hobby Lobby where I bought a couple of double ended crochet hooks. Then we went to Kmart and they had all their summer stuff on clearance for 2.50 and I had a 50 % off coupon from the last time i went , I got Miah a bunch of clothes for school. Then we went to Micheal's (a craft store) and I got some yarn , thread and two more crochet hooks. Then the BEST PART.. We went and ate at my FAVORITE PLACE to eat Apple bee's , we had hot wings.. ( I LOVE HOT WINGS) and steak , Apple bees has a 2 for $20 deal right now so we didn't spend much more than if we would have ate at McDonald's and it was 1000x's better. We had such a good time , We arrived home around midnight and the kids are asleep and so were we shortly after. Those kids were worn out. I'll post a slide show later of all we saw.

Making your home sing Mondays

Check out Mom's the Word for more Monday's

My house is SLOWLY getting back in order , the morning sickness has subsided for now, I'm hoping gone for good and Ive been able to almost catch up on s a few things. I ve got most my dish's finished, cleaned out the fridge and freezer, organized the living room and kitchen and worked out a system for getting my 3 yr old out the door in a timely fashion for preschool. I lay her clothes out the night before, the nine , socks panties, backpack everything.. It makes it so much easier. We are up brush our teeth and hair get dressed and out the door. Since I only have one toddler at home until Feb,when then new baby comes Ive been sorta lost but managing to stick with our routine . While he naps the house is SO quite , Ive napped my self or cleaned uninterrupted.. THAT IS RIGHT is said it .NO DISTRACTIONS well except the occasional chocolate chip cookie..My apatite is finally returning and I am able to keep down about 75% of all I eat .. I'm still only drinking lemonade and sweet tea. My dirty laundry pile is still continuing to swirl out of control. I almost all the clean laundry folded and put away.dont get to excited..the reason that part is done is because.. I'm LAZY I HATE LAUNDRY and almost everything in the house is dirty . EXCEPT the new clothes i bought on sale(clearance plus 50 % off ) so i didn't have to do laundry today .. I'm TERRIBLE i know. this is one of my worst habits(besides cussing and procrastinating). that maybe the reason i have so much laundry is cause i have a METRIC TON of clothing.. Oh well we all have our weaknesses and mine are shopping and crocheting.. our family also took a Staycation which you can read about HERE!!i hope you all have a good week.and that your homes are singing.. mine is humming at least..

Miah 's open house

So we went to the Preschool open house. I was both happy and sad, I know I cant stop her from growing up but they dont tell you they grow up so FAST..It seem like when you are expecting your first baby time drags on and on and once the baby arrives if FLIES. She had fun playing with all the toys and meeting her teacher and two little ones we know are in her class including a cousin by marriage. So Tomorrow is the big day I will of course take pics of her before we go. and try to write about it . It will be a change to only have gussy all alone. I hope he dont miss his sissy to much.. and then in Feb. we will add baby # 3 and I'll be back to two at home.So below im posting a few pics of my big girl in her pageant dress's ..let me know which one you like the best..
