Lesson learned the past few days:

sometimes you just have to let go, you cant control everything
. On my Prayer List: pray i heal fast from my c-section and my kids adjust to the new baby well.

well we are still enjoying the sweet face below but i am trying to get everyone back into a normal routine but just as we are gearing up to start that we get 10 inches of snow.. yes 10 INCHES.. but oh well im goin to try to get the new routine this week .my house is a wreck . after my c-section Ive not felt the best, Ive had a a lot of pain and got a uti/bladder/kidney infection because my catheter was placed to far north and i have pain from that.so im not getting as much done as i would like. I get tired easy and have NO one to help me and with all this snow there is no school so i have all three kids home together ..that is something new for me to adjust to.. so maybe i 'll get my house in some kind of order this week.

Well we have a new "pet" that arrived last friday ..well ok she isnt a pet but she is cute and cuddly.. she is our new daugheter named Ellie Danielle and she weighted 6lbs 15.8 oz and was 18 inches long. and below are her pics.. sorry i know this is "cheating" but im just such a proud new momma..

So there is SO much that needs done around here but there is ONE main thing im tackling today and her name is ELLIE DANIELLE and she is five days old today she was born on friday morning at 9:13 and was 6lbs and 15.8 oz and 18 inches long. Im enjoying watching her nurse and feeling her soft little fuzzy head.. i know they dont stay little long.. she is SO sweet and such a good baby.

well tomorrow is the BIG day.. I will be at the hospital at 6:30 am and i am scheduled to have my c-section at 8:30 am unless i get bumped for an emergency section.. so im off to finalize all those last minute details like oh. PUTTING UP THE CRIB!!! , INSTALLING THE CAR SEAT oh and PICKING AN OUTFIT TO HAVE PICS TAKEN IN !! why oh why do i procrastinate..

Well Ive barely got time to blog this week as we are preparing for miss Ellie to arrive I was scheldualed to have her Friday Am but after goin to the doctor he said that he might want to wait another week I HOPE NOT!! I go back to the doctor tomarrow and we will decide if she comes Friday or next week. SO we have been working like CRAZY to get ready for her.. here is link to my   meme post describing what is goin on .. I'm so excited to finally be moved in to our addtion and getting things arranged and ORGANIZED the way i want them. 

We did ALL these things HERE , this past weekend. In preparation for our baby to be born , . So Im working on  all the last minute thing that need to be done before we bring her home. For example, Re paint a room , decorate, put up a crib, move all her big sisters stuff in the room (they are sharing) putting up the pack n play in our room, organizing all those TINY little socks and clothes, oh ya and finish sewing the FORTY cloth diapers Ive started.. not to mention cooking several large meals to put in the freezer to make life easier later since i'll have a c-section and wont feel like cooking. So it is goin to be a BUSY week around here.hopefully by next tuesday i'll be working on changing some newborn diaper changes.. PLEASE PRAY This child is born soon I am SO done being prego for a while..

Well for some background on why I m so busy. We did ALL these things HERE , this past weekend. In preparation for our baby to be born , I was told she would be arriving Friday but now the doctor wants to change his mind and maybe wait a another week. (OH I HOPE NOT IM MISERABLE). So Im tackling all the last minute thing that need to be done before we bring her home. Here is a picture of my husband and our "lap" dog..

his name is Dusty and I HATE this dog but I also love that dog. Dusty was one in november and his favortie activites include, Stealing things like shoes and toys out of the house and off the porch and carring them off, RIpping my laundry off my lines and bringing garbage up from the dump whole and depositing in the front yard, Mainly old dirty diapers and gross stuff, He also will shred a garage bag waiting to be hauled in no time, BUT he does bark when anyone not familier pulls in the drive (he almost swallowed the ups guy whole ) and if the kids are out side he stays right with them plus he is just so darn cute..

 

 

baby update again

SO update on drs visit, apparently my last ultrasound indicted the placental previa is GONE!!!YAY..but even though she is small the doc MIGHT want to keep her in a extra week, but my blood pressure was up today so i do another protein study and turn it in thursday when i go for my appointment and he will make the final... call on weather we are goin to have her Friday or wait . I really HOPE he dont make me wait im truly miserable, Ive threatened  to take a crochet hook and break my own water if he waits much longer , they use basically the same thing then he HAS to deliver me.. Yes i want a healthy baby but not quite sure i trust his judgment anymore and when i can hardly walk across the floor cause my back hurts SO bad it is time to come out miss Ellie.. I MIGHT be willing to wait till next Tuesday but NOT any longer..

Lesson learned the past few days: have faith in your hubby he will EVENTUALLY get it done..(only took mine THREE YEARS)

. On my Prayer List:  Please pray for me and little Ellie, when i had my ultrasound last week they found she hadn't grown much and is only around five lbs , the dont know why but my c-section is scheduled for Friday unless they move it up when i see the doc Monday morning at 8:45 am .. with my previa they are goin to have to cut thru the placenta to deliver me making me more at risk to hemorrhage and if they cant stop it i will  have a hysterectomy thus  preventing me from considering future babies..

SO is my house singing..HECK YA!! why am i so excited..well two reasons #1 after THREE years we FINALLY got our bedrooms addition where we could move in and not a moment to soon cause #2 I'm scheduled to have my c-section on FRIDAY morning..this weekend we finished laying the wood flooring in my sons room , moved the kids out of their old room in to Gus's room ( our old room will be Miah and Ellie's room once we get it painted) and the stuff out of our old room into our new room , and my sewing and crochet stuff out of my living room in to my now craft room (the kids old room) and now my living room looks so much better and is clutter free.. We lived in a 12 by 48 trailer.. me , the hubster ,a 2 yr old and 3 yr old..We added on four rooms and put a metal roof over the whole thing and put wood siding on the exterior..the rooms we added were a utility room (moved the washer and dryer out of the hall laundry area today as well) two bedrooms , ours we added a half bath and a new kitchen(yet to be worked on at all) the old kitchen will someday be our dinning room and pantry, we plan on remodeling our full bath as well SOMEDAY.. so we basically rearranged our WHOLE house this weekend.. only thing left to do is to clean the carpet in the girls room and paint the walls pink and set up the crib and move miah in there from gus's room . we doubled our living space so now i can organize like a mad woman and finally get rid of all this clutter and when im fed up i can escape to my craft room lock the door and be free...so yup im pretty stoked.. a new room and anew baby all in the same week. gosh im a lucky gal.. i better get off here and get to bed.. HAPPY MONDAY !!!

So my question this week is what is the best way to potty train a 2 yr old little boy ? I'm having NO luck...and with the new baby being delivered next friday ( so i wont be posting then) I m goin to have little time.. shoule I give up for a few months till things settle or keep trying?
