So I would Never go to the pj drawer of my3 yr old daughter's dresser and pull out Purple unicorn footy pj's only to discover she has out grown them.. do i put them in a bag to haul to the shed .YES OF COURSE.. I would NEVER EVER just find her a pair that fit and put THOSE unicorn ones on my 2 yr old SON!!! i also would never give my son a pink sippy cup or when he asked for chocolate milk and i Realize im almost out of it and mix it half with white milk and half chocolate. My daughter who was raised on goats milk and we buy it at the store will only drink milk if it comes out of the goat milk container.so when it gets empty i WOULD NEVER pour the fresh goats milk in the old rinsed out container and put it back in the fridge.NOPE not me.. I would also never use a semi dirty dish cloth on my foot to mop up a spill of said milk.I would also not ever have decided on my own what theme my daughters room should be with out asking her and buy a complete bed set and accessories and wall border only to discover a year later when her "new " room is still now where near done that she prefers a TOTALLY different theme aka Dora and just decided for Christmas i will buy her NEW Dora stuff and pass the unused Strawberry Shortcake stuff down to my unborn daughter for her bedding.. Not even born yet and already getting hand me downs.. NOT NOT ME..

This week my home is in the holiday spirit, Ive started to make it sing Christmas music by decorating out side and putting up my tree.. i also got a question for all you cloth diapering mommies.. I was wondering if you started using cloth diapers at the hospital or wait until you go home. I will have a scheduled c-section we will be there at least 3 days. so my home is singing "its beginning to look a lot like Xmas..and I am nesting in preparation for little Ellie's arrival.

So what is working for me is to get a good family pic taken early so i have enough time get my Christmas cards out this year in case the baby comes early so here are the pics Ive taken so far and am thinking i need to take a few more as NO one but me seemed to be to interested in cooperating for a pic last Saturday.
Instead of complaining I reckon I should be thankful that my family is all healthy and all together for the holidays. Even if they WONT cooperate.

tackle it tuesday..

this week i had to tackle on of my least favorite things to do.. I had to clean out my fridge, freezer and pantry to get ready for all food that would have to be stored , frozen and the leftovers. I got it all done also I am tackling my storage shed to find my christmas decorations for the tree. I think we are goin to put a real one this year , both kids are old enough to leave it along and next yr we will have to use a fake one cause Ellie will be up and in to everything around this time.. The lights are up on the outside but inside it still looks like fall.

Lazyness..

Have you ever just had a day when you get started off like a ball out of a cannon and then by the mid-afternoon you start to fizzle like a fire in the rain.. That is me today .. and now that i have supper cooked im just down right UNMOTIVATED to do another thing.. I have caught a case of the LAZY-IDIS and hope hubby plans on doing the supper dish's . cause im sitting with my feet up and crocheting.. and maybe a new blog on our family pics taken for our xmas cards that i promised to put up today in my happy homemaker Monday .

well after laying down the law last week my house has been slowing getting back inorder.. and yes she is compiling with my rules but only by the skin of her teeth . She took off again this time with a different person for a few days and i am glad to have her gone.I think I am just goin to ask her to leave for good. She is creating a strain on my mental well being and when she leaves I feel a HUGE weight disappear. The kids behave much better. I have gotten so much done this morning while she was gone that was on her list to do that she had been putting off. All the floors are swept and mopped, Changed all the sheets, did the dish's , scrubbed the toilet and tub, picked up the kids room, gathered all the dirty laundry and started to wash a load after i made a double batch of laundry soap cause i realized i was out, Fixed breakfast and got both kids up and dressed..They are watching Micky mouse while i blog.. thank goodness for playhouse Disney .. so i hope your home is singing as we celebrate thanksgiving and remember . dont eat to much turkey ..

A rabbit named Lucy , a beta fish named Ollie , a cat named Jack and a huntin dog named Dusty.Here is a post I did earlier today showing pics of him last year and how he has grown.We got Dusty last year on Thanksgiving day, Lucy at Easter , Ollie on Miah's birthday in April. and Jack i got him Free at a yard sale before Miah was born. 1. We needto hurry and finish our addition to the house Ellie could be here in FIVE weeks_.
2. Yesterday I heard her heartbeating at my Dr appointment and it made me smile.
3. If you want breakfast in bed sleep in the kitchen.
4.I said so because I am the mommy that is why NO LIP!!!.
5. Massachusetts has a proposed 5% sales tax on elective cosmetic surgery; I think __________that is funny they should have a stupidity tax...
6. ___GOOD FOOD and family_____ makes for a happy holiday.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to _hubby time____, tomorrow my plans include _having early turkey day at my father in laws____ and Sunday, I want to ___rest, go to church and have hubby work on my addtion__!

My husband has a job our house and car are paid for and the new baby to be born sooner than later. OPPS GUESS I WAS SUPPOSED TO ANSWER THIS ON HER PAGE> IM BLOND AND 7 MONTH PREGO SORRY..

SO HERE ARE MY questions?
how many people out there cloth diaper their babies..? and
What is your Preferred type of cloth diaper ?
Ive only used prefolds or ones ive made with potty training plastic pants as covers or fuzzi bunzi (i have two i got a yard sale) or sweet doll baby's (bought some online)?

So remember my post HERE..about my problem.. Well what worked for me was writting a letter to her and explaining very frankly what i expected and if she didnt want to put in the effort then she was choosing NOT to live here.. and the past four days have gone better we will see how things go.. She knows this is her last chance and this way i dont have to feel i am putting her out with no warning .. She has her warning .. and has had two strikes one more and SHE IS OUT!!!! Well hope all is having a good week..
